Each sachet contains active ingredient: magnesium oxide equivalent to 300 mg elemental magnesium.
This product is used as a supplement to provide daily requirement of magnesium and prevent its deficiency.It can also reduce muscle pain and control diabetes, high blood cholestrol and metabolic syndrome. Relieving dyspepsia, reflux, constipation and premenstrualsyndrome (PMS) symptoms are the other benefits of using this supplement.
According to the table below, adults should take 1 sachet daily, after a meal or as prescribed by the physician.pour the contents of the sachet completely on your tongue and let it solve in your mouth, then swallow it.
Magnesium is a mineral and the most cation found in the body that gives you sense of health. your heart, nerves, tissues, bones, and muscles need magnesium. If you are also taking quinolone antibiotics (ciprofloxacin,levofloxacin, ofloxacin) , or bisphosphonates (alendronate, etidronate), then you must take magnetra approximately 2 hours apart.
If you have kidney failure and kidney disease, or if you are not allowed to take magnesium in your diet, talk to your doctor before taking it.
Consumption of amounts above the daily limit for magnesium should be done with prescription.
It is safe for pregnant and lactating women if used in doses less than 350 mg per day.
