Carnitine, derived from methionine and lysine amino acids, is found in nearly all cells of the body, and beneficial effects of this component is more related to L isomer of it. L-carnitine plays a critical role in energy production; it transports long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria so they can be oxidized ("burned") to produce energy. It also transports the generated toxic compounds out  of this cellular organelle to prevent their accumulation.

  • L-carnitine solution is for oral use and it can be consumed alone or dissolved in drink or other liquid food.
  • In case of OTC use an oral dosage of 3 g per day (1 vial) is recommended.
  • Take 2-4 hours prior to exercise for workout support and improvement of physical performance.

Anticoagulant drugs similar to Warfarin ,thyroid hormones,Insulin and oral hypoglycemic drugs.

Consult physician before use if you have:

Severe renal impairment (because of the accumulation of the metabolites trimethylamine and trimethylamine-N-oxide), history of Seizures, Hypothyroidism patients (because of thyroid hormone antagonist effect), Diabete (the risk of hypoglycaemia), and liver disease.

  • Gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, heartburn, gastritis, diarrhea, Body odor (fish smell), and seizure have been reported after oral  use of L-carnitine.
  • In order to reduce GI disturbances,dissolve the solution in drinks or liquid foods and consume preferably during or following meals.

Category B.There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women.This supplement can be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed as doctor's judgment.

  •  Store in a dry place, (below 25°C),  away from sources and direct  light and in the package.Dont freeze.
  • It is recommended that consume each serving contents of the vial completely and avoid storing the remaining solution in the vial.
