For improving muscle function, workout support and improvement of physical performance, oral vials can be consumed 30 minutes before physical performance exercise (preferably with a carbohydrate meal and one glass of water)
Vitamin B1:

If you are under the treatment with any of the following medications, consult the physician before administering this product:
Supplements and herbs that cause liver toxicity, clonidine, HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors (atorvastatin, simvastatin, fluvastatin, lovastatin), levodopa, thyroid drugs, insulin and hypoglycemic drugs.

Consult physician before use if you have:
Diabetes, biliary tract diseases, kidney problems (especially in people on hemodialysis), history of gout, history of hypokalemia, history of seizure, hypothyroidism, (due antagonism effect on thyroid hormone)
