Each single dose vial of 10 ml contains: L- Arginine (base) 1000 mg.
Other ingeredients: Sodium saccarine 2 mg ( as sweetener ) and orange flavour.
L-Arginine solution is for oral use and it can be consumed alone or dissolved in drink or liquid food. It can be used 1 to 3 vials per day or according to physician's prescription. Doses should be consumed evenly spaced throughout the day preferably with meals.
L-Arginine is a basic amino acid that is essential for growth .It plays a role in the formation of important physiologic factors, including Nitric oxide, urea, creatinine and proteins.Nitric oxid synthase (NOS) converts L- Arginine to nitric oxide (NO) in vascular endothelial cells, which causes vasodilation.L-Arginine also contributes to increase muscle mass because it has a role in synthesis of most proteins.
Administration of L-Arginine might cause mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as abdominal cramps, bloating, nausea and diarrhea.
Concomitant use of L-Arginine with antihypertensive drugs and Nitrates might exacerbate their hypotensive effects, therefore concurrent use must be with caution and under physician surveillance.
None known contraindications exist for L- Arginine, but it is not recommended to use L-Arginine in patients following an acute Myocardial Infarction.
Specific information regarding safety in lactating women is lacking,avoid using this supplement during lactation.
Store in room temperature and dry place, away from direct light and heat sources,in the original box and protect from freezing.it is recommended to consume each serving contents of the vial completely and avoid storing the remaining solution in the vial.
